Deposit, Cancellation
& No Show Policy

To confirm your booking we will send you an invoice that you have to pay within 7 days. Payment can be made by credit card/ Bank or Western Union money transfer. If payment is not made with in the time limit the booking will be cancelled with out your notice.

• A valid credit card is required to confirm the booking. On confirmation, a refundable deposit will be charged to the card.
• If payment are made by Bank or Western Union money transfer please fax a copy of the payment slip to us as soon as possible after you transferred the money Fax: +66-76-345640 or email the information to us on: info@thebeachhousephuket.com
• The balance due will be settled upon arrival
• 30% of room charge required as a deposit.
• 30% of room charge returned if cancellation confirmed more than 30 days in advance of reservation
• 50% refund of room charge returned if cancellation 7 up to 30 days in advance of reservation.
• No refund of room charge when cancellation less than 7 days from reservation.
• No shows; the deposit will be non- refundable.
• Early check-out; one additional night room rate will be charged.

Cancellations must be made in writing either by fax to +66-76-345640 or e-mail at info@thebeachhousephuket.com Please note that your cancellation has been accepted only when you receive a cancellation number.
