Cancellation
& No Show Policy
To confirm your booking we
will send you an invoice that you have to pay with in 7
days. Payment can be made by credit card or Western Union
money transfer. If payment is not made with in the time
limit the booking will be cancelled with out your notice.
If payment are made by Western
Union money transfer please fax a copy of the payment slip
to us as soon as possible after you transferred the money

30% of room charge required
as a deposit.
30% of room charge returned if cancellation confirmed more
than 30 days in advance of reservation
50% refund of room charge returned if cancellation 7 up
to 30 days in advance of reservation.
No refund of room charge when cancellation less than 7 days
from reservation.
No show: Full amount of reservation will be charged.
Cancellations must be made
in writing either by fax to +66-76-345640 or
e-mail at info@thebeachhousephuket.com Please note that
your cancellation has been accepted only when you receive
a cancellation number.
